That’s why a portion of every website audit purchase will be donated to Bear Smart Whistler, a non-profit dedicated to reducing human-bear conflicts and promoting coexistence through education, advocacy, and practical solutions. Your support not only helps improve your website but also contributes to protecting Whistler’s wildlife and ensuring a safer environment for both bears and the community.

Terms and Conditions:

Must have an existing website.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
This purchase is non-refundable.
This is for a website audit only, no website updates, fixes or work is included.
Follow up call must be scheduled within 2 weeks of receiving audit.
The final file will be delivered as a digital PDF.

Must have an existing logo and basic brand styles in place.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
This purchase is non-refundable.
Includes 1 round of revisions; additional revisions may incur extra costs.
Brand files and content must be provided within 7 days of ordering.
After proof is sent, feedback or approval is required within 2 business days.
The final file will be delivered as a digital and print-ready PDF.
Project must be completed by December 6, 2024, otherwise extra charges will incur or project will be cancelled.

Business cards must be ordered and non-refundable full payment is due during the month of September 2024. The packages includes 2 rounds of revisions on the business card design, feedback must be provided within 3 business days of receiving proofs. Additional charges may be incurred if projects are delayed past November 1, 2024. Promotion is not valid on projects that have already been scheduled in or started prior to September 1, 2024. Shipping is included for Canada or US, additional shipping will be due on orders outside of these regions.

Non-refundable payment due at time of ordering. Content to be provided by 4pm December 1, 2022, and project must be completed by December 9, 2022. When is payment due?

Payment for the monthly promotion is due on booking, unless otherwise stated. Payment is non-refundable.

Can I cancel my order?

The payment is non-refundable, however if you cancel we will donate 50% to the charity recipient.

I don't have a logo?

To participate in these monthly promotions we require you to have a logo and basic branding, so we can align the designs to your brand. Reach out if you have any questions or are unsure.

Where does the money get donated to?

Each month we choose a different non-profit to feature and donate the % of sales to. If your organization would like to become a donation recipient, apply here.
