What are the benefits of subscribing to a design retainer?
We strive to answer requests within 2 working days.
Tasks are usually completed with 3-5 business days (depending on project/task).
If you run out of hours, extra hours are available at a reduced hourly rate.
On the 20 hour package we allow roll over of up to 5 hours to the next month. For the 5 and 10 hour package the hours do not roll over.
Task requests must be submitted with ample time to complete. More than 25% of hours cannot be left until the last week of the month.
Our typical business and meeting hours are between 9am – 4pm PST, Monday to Friday. With intermittent availability around all major Canadian holidays.
We aim to notify you 30 days in advance for any unavailability that is over 3 business days, or to view our upcoming out of office dates, visit whistlercreative.ca/office-hours
If Whistler Creative has one or more week out of office during the month, you will be notified in advanced and rollover of hours will be permitted.
We will provide you with a weekly report of hours used and remaining.
The 5 and 10 hour package have a 3 month commitment, the 20 hour package is month to month.
Payment is due on the first of each month and work won’t commence until full payment is made.
Cancellation or change of package requires 30 day notice, in writing.
There are no refunds.
