Overview: A Snapshot of Your Website

This section provides a quick summary of your website’s performance, updates, security, and backups.
 
Key Metrics You’ll See:
  • Performance Score: Google PageSpeed Result to indicate how fast your site loads.
  • Response Time: How quickly your site responds to visitors.
  • Uptime Rate: The percentage of time your site has been online and current state.
  • Updates Performed: Number of WordPress, theme, and plugin updates completed during the month.
  • Backups: How often and how many backups have been made this month.
  • Site Health: General insights about the WordPress Core.
  • Custom Work: This outlined any majors tasks that were completed. This does not include support time. To track your support time, visit your Client Portal.
 
What This Means for You: These metrics provide an at-a-glance status of your site’s health and performance.

Traffic & Google Analytics

This section provides insights into your website traffic.
 
What You’ll See in Your Report:
  • Sessions & Users: How many visitors came to your site.
  • Top Traffic Sources: Where your visitors came from (Google, direct, social, etc).
  • Most Viewed Pages: The pages getting the most traffic.

Performance & Uptime

An overview of your website’s uptime and performance data from Google PageSpeed Insights.
 
Understanding Uptime:
  • Status: The current status of your website.
  • % Uptime: The percentage of the time that your website was up.
 
Performance Metrics Explained:
  • Response Time: The time it took for your website to load in mili-seconds.
  • Google PageSpeed Score: The Google PageSpeed Result of your website
  • First Contentful Paint (FCP): How quickly your site starts displaying content.
  • Largest Contentful Paint (LCP): Time taken to fully load the largest visible content.
  • Time to Interactive (TTI): How long before users can fully interact with your site.

Updates: Keeping Your Site Secure & Functional

Regular updates help keep your website secure and running smoothly, this page of the report outlines all the updates we completed this month.
 
What We Update:
  • WordPress Core: The main system behind your website. This indicates the version your website is running on.
  • Plugins: A list of all plugins that were updated.
  • Themes: A list of all themes that were updated.
 
Why Some Updates Might Be Delayed:
Not all updates are applied immediately, sometimes we wait for stability or other factors.

Backups

Backups ensure that if anything goes wrong, we can restore your website quickly.
 
Backup Details in Your Report:
  • Number of Backups Taken: How many backups were completed this month.
  • Last Backup Date: The most recent backup completed.
  • Backup Frequency: How often we back up your site (e.g., weekly).

Site Health

We ensure your website is safe, indexed by search engines, and free of vulnerabilities.
 
  • SSL Certificate: Ensures your site is secure (HTTPS instead of HTTP).
  • Indexable by Search Engines: Verifies that Google can find and display your site.
  • PHP Version: The PHP version your website is running on.
  • PHP Version is Secured: Confirmation that your PHP version is secure.
