The Squamish Chamber needed a brand that could do a lot – attract members, showcase the business community, and show up with confidence across everything from a business card to a full report. We built them a complete visual identity from the ground up: logo, colour system, typography, and a brand playbook to keep it consistent. Most branding projects take 4–6 weeks from their start date, depending on the scope and your availability for feedback. We’ll provide a clear timeline before we begin so you know exactly what to expect.
A logo is one piece of the puzzle. A full brand identity includes your logo suite, colour palette, typography, supporting visual elements, and a brand guide that shows how everything works together. It’s the complete visual system behind how your business shows up.
We don’t recommend logo-only design, because your brand is much more than a single mark. However, if you’re looking for a streamlined option, we do offer mini-brand kits that provide the essentials to get you started, with the option to grow later.
Absolutely. Many clients start with a core package and then add on pieces as their business grows – such as websites, brochures, presentations, or additional marketing collateral. We’ll always make sure future designs fit seamlessly with your established brand identity.
You’ll get your full logo suite in every format you need: vector (EPS, SVG), high-res PNG, plus a comprehensive brand guide PDF. Everything is organized and labelled so you or your team can find what you need fast. This ensures your brand stays consistent whether you’re working with a printer, a web developer, or your own team.
Yes. Once your brand is established, we can design everything from business cards and brochures to digital assets like social media templates, presentations, and full websites.
Not at all. That’s what the discovery process is for. We’ll ask the right questions, guide the conversation, and help you get clear on direction. Some of our best projects started with “I don’t know what I want”.
We can work with what you have. If your existing logo is strong, we’ll build a complete visual system around it – colours, typography, supporting elements, and a brand playbook. If it needs refining or modernizing, we’ll talk you through the options. Not every brand needs a full redesign – sometimes a thoughtful refresh is all it takes.
Every project is scoped to what you actually need. A full brand identity package typically starts around $2,000–$5,000 and scales depending on complexity and add-ons. We’re always transparent about pricing upfront.
Naming isn’t a service we offer, but it comes up a lot in our discovery conversations. If you’re still working on a name, we can help you think through what makes a strong one and point you toward a naming specialist if you need one. We just ask that your name is locked in before we start designing around it.
Yes. We know branding is an important investment, so we offer payment schedules that make it easier to manage cash flow. Typically, payments are split into 2–3 instalments.
We don’t disappear. If you need your brand applied to a website, marketing materials, or future projects, we’re here. Many of our branding clients become long term ongoing partners for design, web, and creative support – think of us as part of your team.
