What is it: Freshbooks is an online invoice and billing program, aimed at small businesses that saves you time. There are different subscription levels available depending on your needs. What is Elementor Pro?
Elementor Pro is the leading page builder plugin for WordPress, it allows you to easily update content on your WordPress Site and is installed on every site that we build.
What is it: Book Like a Boss takes all back and forth out of organizing meetings and calls, set up your schedule and let clients choose the slot they want, easily. It looks great and easily embeds into your own website. Allows for multiple booking types and online payments.
Productivity + Organization
What is it: Milanote is a tool for organizing your creative projects into beautiful visual boards. Created to replicate the feeling of working on a wall in a creative studio – visual, tactile and sometimes a bit messy – Milanote is a great fit for freelancers in both the marketing and design spaces. Milanote has heaps of built-in templates to help you get started with a variety of different projects, from creating a moodboard to set out the visual direction for a project, to writing that perfect creative brief. Its sharing features make it a great option for those who regularly provide work to clients for feedback. Milanote’s basic plan is available for free with no time-limit.
What is it: Asana is a project management system to help teams track project and tasks while keeping all communications and files for each project together, to help get things done quickly and efficiently. Asana has a free plan which has all the features you need to get started and a premium subscription which adds a little more functionality.
What is it: Evernote is an app designed for note taking, organizing, and archiving. “An online notebook”. You can not only take notes, but collect formatted text, a webpage, a photograph, voice memo and more. Evernote is free to use with a paid upgrade.
What is it: Dropbox is an online file storage and file sharing solution. It is a home for all your photos, docs, videos, and files. Anything you add to Dropbox will automatically show up on all your computers, phones and website, so you can access your stuff from anywhere.
What is it: Mailchimp is an online email marketing solution to manage subscribers, send emails, and track results, which offers integrations with other programs. Mailchimp is free to a certain number of emails and subscribers.
What is it: Constant Contact is another online email marketing program, with the ability to send campaigns like email newsletters, surveys, events, Facebook promotions, online listings, and more. Constant Contact has different pricing tiers depending on your needs and scale.
What is it: “Software that enables the world’s conversations” Skype allows you to make free video and voice one-to-one and group calls, send instant messages and share files with other people on Skype.
What is it: Skillshare is a learning community with online courses, projects and workshops to develop your skills, they ahve are such as art, business skills, personal developing to cooking and fitness.
What is it: A few months ago I switched to Public Mobile, they have great plans with unlimited calls and lots of data and the best of all there is no contract and less than half the cost. I have found them to have great coverage too!
What is it: 1Password is a password manager, that securely remembers all your passwords. You can store passwords, PIN codes, documents, credit cards and more, it also helps you fix weak and duplicate passwords to improve your online security and saves time on the web by signing in to accounts with a single click.
What is it: Spotify is a music streaming program that allows you to play your favourites, discover new tracks, and build the perfect collection. There are free and premium subscriptions available.
