What is it: ClickUp is the Project Management System that I use for my business, it’s an all-in-one suite to manage people, projects, and everything in between.

Milanote

What is it: Milanote is a tool for organizing your creative projects into beautiful visual boards. Created to replicate the feeling of working on a wall in a creative studio – visual, tactile and sometimes a bit messy – Milanote is a great fit for freelancers in both the marketing and design spaces. What is it: Flow is a flexible project management system designed for any project or workflow. It allows you to plan ahead, set priorities and track project progress individually or in a team.

Asana

What is it: Asana is a project management system to help teams track project and tasks while keeping all communications and files for each project together, to help get things done quickly and efficiently. Asana has a free plan which has all the features you need to get started and a premium subscription which adds a little more functionality.

Evernote

What is it: Evernote is an app designed for note taking, organizing, and archiving. “An online notebook”. You can not only take notes, but collect formatted text, a webpage, a photograph, voice memo and more. Evernote is free to use with a paid upgrade.

Dropbox

What is it: Dropbox is an online file storage and file sharing solution. It is a home for all your photos, docs, videos, and files. Anything you add to Dropbox will automatically show up on all your computers, phones and website, so you can access your stuff from anywhere.

Mailchimp

What is it: Mailchimp is an online email marketing solution to manage subscribers, send emails, and track results, which offers   integrations with other programs. Mailchimp is free to a certain number of emails and subscribers.

Constant Contact

What is it: Constant Contact is another online email marketing program, with the ability to send campaigns like email newsletters, surveys, events, Facebook promotions, online listings, and more. Constant Contact has different pricing tiers depending on your needs and scale.

Skype

What is it: “Software that enables the world’s conversations” Skype allows you to make free video and voice one-to-one and group calls, send instant messages and share files with other people on Skype.

Slack

What is it: Slack is an online team communication tool, it reduces the need for email and acts as a real-time collaboration platform with the whole team or one-on-one private chat.

What is it: A great stock photography website with affordable prices.

Skill Share

What is it: Skillshare is a learning community with online courses, projects and workshops to develop your skills, they ahve are such as art, business skills, personal developing to cooking and fitness.

AppSumo

What is it: AppSumo features new and upcoming digital products at great deals! Its a great place to find new software and save money too.

Public Mobile

What is it: A few months ago I switched to Public Mobile, they have great plans with unlimited calls and lots of data and the best of all there is no contract and less than half the cost. I have found them to have great coverage too!

Etsy

What is it: Etsy is an online creative e-commerce platform to sell your creations and marking tools to get your products to a wider audience and get more sales.

1Password

What is it: 1Password is a password manager, that securely remembers all your passwords. You can store passwords, PIN codes, documents, credit cards and more, it also helps you fix weak and duplicate passwords to improve your online security and saves time on the web by signing in to accounts with a single click.

Spotify

What is it: Spotify is a music streaming program that allows you to play your favourites, discover new tracks, and build the perfect collection. There are free and premium subscriptions available.
