A: Our typical business and meeting hours are between 9am – 4pm PST, Monday to Friday.

Q: What are your project turnaround times?

A: Each project is scheduled in as they are received, you will be given a rough project timeline and start date at the beginning of the process. Project timelines vary depending on the project deliverables, scope, communication timeliness, and our schedule.

Q: What do you charge?

A: Costs vary depending on your business, project scope and deliverables. We build a custom quote for each project based on the initial consultation. Fill out the proposal request form to get started.

Q: What are your payment methods and policies?

A: We accept cash, cheque, e-transfer or credit cards as methods of payment. All our invoices and online payments are processed through Freshbooks.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes, a 50% deposit it required to start off the project and get a spot in our schedule.
